How we vet
MinecraftHub is an independent index and we do not host the files. Every entry points at the creator’s own page, and a person reviews it before it goes live. Here is exactly what that review is.
Source confirmed
We open the creator's own page, check the file is still there, and link straight to it. No mirrors we were not given permission to host.
Version and platform tagged
We record the Minecraft versions and the edition the creator states. We do not widen a range to make an entry look more compatible.
Creator credited
Every entry names the creator and links back to them. Correction and removal requests go to the front of the queue.
Date recorded
You can see when we last looked at an entry, on the entry itself. If a source goes dead, the date tells you how stale that check is.
We do not rehost files without permission, gate a download behind an ad, or publish game clients, APKs, cracked launchers, or paid Marketplace content. Most of what we index lives on Modrinth, CurseForge, MCPEDL, and creators’ own GitHub releases, and that is where we send you.
